A security deposit of €2,080 will be requested by CREDIT CARD when you collect the vehicle or via an automated email sent in advance, for all rentals. PLEASE ensure you check your credit card’s spending limit; if the pre-authorisation is declined, the rental company reserves the right to cancel the hire in accordance with its cancellation policy. This deposit may be used to cover any damage upon return of the van, if the van is returned dirty and/or with an empty fuel tank, or for any other additional charges.

In the event of damage to the vehicle, a fixed administrative fee of €80 (including VAT) will also be added to the cost of repairs. This fee covers bank charges associated with processing the payment, as well as the costs of managing the claim (preparing quotes, coordinating repairs, etc.)

Le locataire devra renseigner ses coordonnées bancaires et autorise le loueur à prélever sur ce dépôt de garantie toute somme due en cas de dommages constatés sur le véhicule, ainsi qu'au titre de frais complémentaires de location (notamment : retard de restitution, insuffisance de carburant, frais de nettoyage ou contraventions).
